This policy describes the data StageN AI collects, how we use it, how long we keep it, and your rights under GDPR and the Swiss nFADP.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and what choices you have when you use StageN AI. Our service is built for virtual staging and image-based real estate marketing workflows.

Google API Services User Data Policy — Limited Use

When you sign in with Google, we receive only your email address, profile name, profile photo, and your Google OpenID identifier. We use this data exclusively to authenticate your StageN AI account and send you transactional emails. We do not sell, transfer for advertising purposes, or use this data to train AI models. You can revoke StageN AI's access to your Google account at any time via your Google account security settings, or by deleting your StageN AI account.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the service, comply with law, or protect StageN AI and its users.

StageN AI uses cookies and similar technologies for login sessions, security, and basic service functionality. We may also use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand traffic and product usage patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling essential cookies may stop parts of the product from working correctly.

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain your account, process transactions, resolve disputes, and comply with legal or tax obligations. Uploaded images, generated renders, and account data may remain available while your account is active unless you delete them or ask us to remove them. Some records, such as billing, fraud-prevention, backup, or log data, may be retained for a longer period where required or reasonably necessary.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal information. You can also ask questions about how we use your data or request account-related assistance.

StageN AI is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
