1. Agreement
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and StageN AI. By creating an account, purchasing credits or packages, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
- If you use Google sign-in, you authorize us and our authentication provider to use the account information needed to sign you in securely.
3. Our service
StageN AI provides AI-assisted room analysis and virtual staging tools for real estate and property marketing workflows. You may upload room photos, choose styles or prompts, and receive AI-generated staged images and related outputs.
The service is offered on an "as available" basis. AI-generated outputs can vary and may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or stylistic choices you do not expect. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them publicly or commercially.
4. Credits, pricing, and refunds
Some features require paid credits or paid packages. Prices, package details, and credit usage are shown in the product and at checkout and may change over time.
- Room analysis currently uses 1 credit.
- Standard renders currently use 2 credits, HD renders 3 credits, and 4K renders 5 credits.
- Credits are generally non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and remain associated with your account unless we state otherwise.
- If a render or analysis fails due to a platform issue, we may restore the consumed credits.
- If you are unhappy with a render, you may request a credit refund through the available product flow or by contacting support, and we may approve or deny that request in our reasonable discretion.
- Unless required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, payments are not automatically refundable in cash.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, prompts, text, and other content you upload to the platform. You give StageN AI a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, analyze, store, and transmit that content only as needed to operate and improve the service, keep it secure, and provide support.
You represent and warrant that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use your content, including any required consents for identifiable people, property data, or third-party materials.
6. Output use and real estate disclosure
Subject to these Terms, you may use outputs generated for your account for lawful internal or commercial purposes. You are solely responsible for how outputs are used in listings, marketing materials, presentations, and transactions.
- You must comply with applicable advertising, MLS, brokerage, platform, and consumer protection rules.
- If a jurisdiction, marketplace, MLS, or brokerage requires disclosure that an image has been virtually staged or digitally altered, you are responsible for making that disclosure.
- You must not use outputs to misrepresent fixed features, structural conditions, legal property characteristics, or the actual state of a property in a misleading way.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service in violation of law or the rights of others.
- Upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Use the platform to create deceptive, infringing, abusive, or fraudulent content.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, probe, or interfere with the platform, models, infrastructure, or security controls.
- Use the service or outputs to build or train a competing service in violation of applicable law or provider restrictions.
8. Intellectual property
StageN AI owns the platform, software, branding, design, and related intellectual property other than content you upload and outputs assigned or made available to you under these Terms. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the platform itself.
9. Third-party services
StageN AI relies on third-party providers including Supabase, Stripe, fal.ai, Google, Vercel, and Resend. Parts of the service may depend on those providers and may change, fail, or become unavailable outside our control.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and all outputs are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that outputs will be error-free, accurate for every use case, or compliant with every marketplace or regulatory requirement without your own review and disclosure.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StageN AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to StageN AI for the affected service during the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, fail to pay amounts due, or misuse the platform. You may stop using the service at any time.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice through the service or by email. Your continued use of StageN AI after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, including the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP), without regard to conflict of law principles. Where mandatory local law applies — including European Economic Area data protection law (GDPR) for users in the EU or EEA — those protections also apply to you.
